Re: Engine rattle
You can get new rocker arms , rocker arm adjusting screws, springs, shaft locally.
Shop can do this job around 3 hours including R/R valve cover gasket, bolt seals and semi circular packing.
From our experience, it will be desirable to do this including valve adjustment every 5-10 years for major tune up.
We do this all at $590 including new Hyundai OEM parts, FYI.

Re: Engine rattle
Awesome, that's what I was looking for, thanks! I'm not sure that this is my problem, but is it risky to leave it be or is it more just a matter of noise?Rising Sun Auto Import wrote:You can get new rocker arms , rocker arm adjusting screws, springs, shaft locally.

Re: Engine rattle
PROBLEM SOLVED: JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MY MECANIC MAN: THE INFAMOUS LOWER BOLT ON THE ALTERNATOR (LIKE SOMEONE ELSE SUGGESTED IT ON THIS FORUM) WAS THE PROBLEM, HE WILL FIX IT WITH A MORE VIBRATION RESISTANT SCREW :)
THANKS EVERYONE
LAPPRENTIS
Want to stay in this post and not creating a new one.
I also do have an Engine Rattle, more noticeable when engine is warm and at Iddle. It do not seems to be inside the engine itself but rather in the front of it, where you have the alternator belts, etc.
Inside belts (Timing belts, balancers, etc.) were changed recently, oil level is Ok and there is some ATF Oil in my tank as for infernal lubricating.
Sometimes the noise fade when putting AC on along with the fan or disapear when adding throttle. Any suggestions ?
Much Thanks
