For future reference ~ go to "Delica FAQ Section" (you'll find it in Delica Canada Technical), click on the first link, it's called "Useful Links for Vehicle Part Identification Purposes" ~ click on that. Scroll down to the bit about "JDM Online Catalogue" and click on that link. Now enter your VIN into the Mitsubishi field, click enter. What you should now see is an overview of your particular Wagon, including date of birth. Scroll down to "Engine Electrical" and click on that.naterade wrote:Can anyone help me find the original Mitsubishi OEM part number for my alternator??
This is the number ProBuilt needs to order the replacement.
I searched this site high and low yesterday without any real luck, just speculative numbers......
Nevermind, I called another auto-electric place and they are willing to rebuild and re-install my existing alternator for much less $$. Hope it all works out!!!
Now you have a sub-menu:
- Starter
Alternator & vacuum pump
Glow plug & relay
Electrical control
When you click on "Alternator & Vacuum Pump" ~ it's going to give you the OEM number to every little bit of that system. The "alternator assembly" on the Miss Lil' Bitchi is MD135825 but take note that the MLB is a winter package and may have a different alternator system to your Starwagon's.
Hope this helps... smiles.
