I'm replacing it all! It's going to be a fun day in the backyard :-D

Heh ;-) took me about a week, but I was taking my sweet time! I also replaced the pulley and bolt and woodruff, just because I didnt want to live in fear of mine failing, even though it looked perfectly ok. When I put the bolt in I didnt do it up to the silly high torque it asks for, I used threadlock and went lower, for one thing my buddy with the cold chisel in the flywheel teeth couldnt hold it anyway.

Top tip for getting the bolt out, put a good socket on a bar resting on the front diff, unplug the IP so the solenoid doesnt get juice, and give it a flick on the starter.

There is also a "LOC TIGHT" made for shafts with key-ways I use to use it for large paper presses....might be worth using.

Both Butch and Mardy have said it's the water pump so I feel pretty confident with that conclusion, especially since I do appear to have leaked some coolant.
