Yes, that is true. Mine had that problem so I spent 3 days and $100 repairing it and now it looks great. A body shop will charge you about $2000 to do it. If you're bargaining with someone, use those numbers to your advantage...

I have a Crystal Lite roof on my L400 and I really love it. However, during hot summer days, it creates a greenhouse out of your van even with the shades on. IT IS HOT!! inside
