sweet pics! gettin closer to the gta i guess. when you hit the 401 around gananoque, may i suggest you take the thousand islands parkway, which runs parallel to the 401 (just a more scenic route and you can hop back on the 401 anytime). lots of stuff to see and do around that area (some celebs have hidden cottages there around the countless islands). real pretty drive too, gentle twisties, b&b's, restaurants, camping, sight seeing, and water for your kayak to play on.
around kingston/belleville area is sandbanks provincial park, big sand dunes which end right on the lake, kinda neat feature (and just another place to camp if needed). lots of fun roads around picton, prince edward county.
did you check out the mountain on sunday to listen to the tam tams? lots of drummers hang out there and jam all day, pretty cool vibe (and some very interesting peeps, lol). i love montreal!
gosh, that poutine shot! yum! lol.

I'll be arriving in the GTA Tomorrow evening and will be there for 2 full days. I'll see if I have time to take the thousand island parkway, I'm leaving for Toronto in the afternoon. Do you know how long it should take a Delica to drive from Ottawa to Toronto along the parkway?
It doesn't seem like this Toronto meet is hapenning and I don't like to receive calls on my phone ($2/min) but if you can text and want to meet up (this applies to anyone on my route home), my number is (778)886-5348

the parkway is only about an hour, it's not all the way to toronto, just in the gananoque area. ottawa to the t.dot is about 4hours. post up where in TO you'll be and i'll try and find you depending on work sched. i'm right downtown, but live way out on the west end suburbia.

Are we still on for Thursday? I've sent some emails out to some local (not necessarily board members) JDM owners, and I still intend to be at hutches on Thursday at 5.

That sounds like a plan to me! Do you happen to have the address for the place?

from the other thread. cools.
i'm working in downtown till 6pm, and will have serious west bound traffic to deal with all the way to that spot.
i'll keep in touch via text.
what's your immediate plan after hutches meet? head outta town north or west or back to TO?
eitherway, hope your visit in the GTA has been a fun one.

I'm staying with friends downtown so I'll be heading back there afterwards. If you don't think you can make it we could try for somewhere tomorrow!? Of that's going to be better we can organize via text (meaning 2 separate meets, I'm definitely going to still be at Hutches).

sounds good Nick. i'm working 10 to 6. hutches should be 1/2 hour away from home with smooth traffic (but i'm still 45min from home after work). depending on how late ya'lls are staying i can try . . .
where are your buddies at in toronto (general intersection) ?

They're around Glenrose @ Welland. I won't have a ton of time tomorrow but the evening could work or Thursday later on (either at Hutches or late when I come back from there, I don't want to get back to my friends too late though)
