Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Coolant Overflow?

Post by shealy »

I was following some hoses from the back of my L300 earlier when i pulled this hose accidentally. I just want to clarify that this is just the coolant overflow and shouldn't actually be attached to anything. Thanks!

That's the coolant over flow. You want to push it down between so if it does overflow it leaves the vehicle.

Okay great, I was 90% sure it was the overflow, but I thought I'd double check for sure. And yeah, I just pulled it up for the picture - it's currently off over the side so it will drain down away from the van. Thanks Falco!
