


I was told to degrease/acetone/Pre-cleano 1st to remove any waxes/silicone before sanding (otherwise that stuff that paint doesn't stick to gets ground into the old paint)...then degrease again immediately before painting. How can they reflect back in the window? I know about hood glare on roof mounted lights, but never heard about that.
