FS: Rear Spoiler for l300 - SOLD

Post by fexlboi »

For sale:
White rear spoiler in good conditions (no dents or scratches). Fits perfect on the trunk door of an high-roof l300 (not sure about low roof). It has even little notches to fit nicely on top of a ladder.

$250

Do you remember when we were up in the Squamish Valley driving around in the snow? And the rear windscreens on both the Dino and the Miss Lil' Bitchi were constantly getting covered with snow? But the Mitsushi's rear windscreen was not getting covered with snow? This is as a result of the Mitsushi having the spoiler but the Dino and the Miss Lil' Bitchi not having a spoiler.

I agree with Delicat. Keep it!

Also it is quite widely accepted that a spoiler
when properly applied by itself or in conjunction
with racing stripes WILL make you go faster,
handle better,deflect radar,lasers,harmful UV
radiation, turn rain into sunshine and when
the spoiler-to-vehicle ratio is not grossly
exceeded.... look cool as hell.

It's non-negotiable cold hard science.

As well I own low-roofs now so it won't fit.

Right ON! 8-)

You have forgotten just how fast a L300 can go. Why would you give up that high speed control?

:-D Haaahaa. You guys are funny. Now with the snorkel, I'm more about diving and less about flying.

Well, if you dive deep enough you can clean your rear windscreen but in the meantime the foil is about keeping crap off your tailgate rather than keeping your rear axle pressed firmly on the road as you take that hairpin at 110.

If you're into diving, the spoiler acts like fairwater planes. You should keep it.

Also concur with the other poster: cold, hard science has demonstrated that a properly fitted spoiler is in fact a chick magnet. Yes! Bet you didn't know that. :-)

Ahhhh.... Mararmeisto ~ I think you put your finger right on the issue. Fexlboi doesn't want to sell the chick magnet ~ it's Missy! Missy is making Fexlboi sell the chick magnet  .

If you are serious I would be interested, mind you I am on the island so there is a challenge there I believe.

I like the look, and of course the speed and handling advantage of the extra down force is not to be underestimated. If it in fact has the added powers of hypnotizing women better than your typical Axe body spray then so much the better.

Cheers
