thats low! delicas retail here from dealerships for $10,000 to $12,000 but they go as low as $7000

i was asking those questions while forming a dream of sailing to patagonia where i meet a Delica i've imported from Japan. i'd have it converted to left hand drive. then i'd install a vegetable oil conversion kit. i asked about fried food becuase i wonder what is the availability of waste vegetable oil. i use it as fuel in my van, quite few Delica drivers do!!
then id drive it back to canada and live happily ever after!!

Thanks "After Oil"... for the clunk link AND the eye opener! I don't think there is enough fried food where we are, but certainly in the more populated zones. LOVE the dream! I'll fry up some empanadas for you if you ever make it down that way - AND encourage all my friends to do so as well! We'll get you on your way! Best - The Gringa
