Post by zyand »

I have pretty much decided on getting and installing a plant drive system. That is the EZ part but the instalation of it is beyond me. I could prolly figure it out but i just dont have the confidence to do the instalion myself.
So is there any of u guys that live in the lower mainland that could help with the instalation it would be greatly appreciated. I know we could figure out some deal for your time. I just want to be sure its some who has done it before. Plz contact me at littletone72@shaw.ca

If you make it over to the Island feel free to drop by and you can take a look at what I've installed. I don't have the equipment or the skill Eric does, but sometimes it is nice to see the 'average joe' do an install to see how easy it is.

I know I bring this up every second WVO post, but you should also look at getting a copy of "Sliding Home" by Ray Holan. It will take you from 0 to 60 on WVO knowledge in a few days. In just one section of the book he compares 9 commercial kits (pro/cons/costs), it also evaluates 3rd party components, takes you through a couple of different install, and give background info on collecting and filtering WVO.

Last time I replied to this thread I ended up with an endless popup loop that no matter how fast I clicked, would not go below 19 windows with 5 new ones opening every second.

I am a little behind on my promise to Delicat to have his tanks cut and ready for bending (wife hitting me with yardwork). I hope to have that sorted by mid next week for him and a few other projects here and there for the following weekend.

I am not making any level of promises yet as I am pretty useless physically, but I think we can work something out. I would rather you just called me, I am pretty lazy about answering email.
