Triangular bracket with captive nuts that holds the bull bar to the frame of a 1993 Delica L300 / part number ideas?

I am missing the triangular bracket with captive nuts that holds the bull bar to the frame of a 1993 Delica L300.



Any part numbers and /or ideas on how to fashion something sturdy if I can't get the part?

Here is the piece but the two captiave nuts are sheared off...

So I figured out a soluation and two guys from Delica Forum had neat idea for parts search...


I took something like this and widened one screw and drilled two new ones.

I needed two plates

So this was the actual bracket from the Yakima roof box.

Cut edge; put in new holes... and put nuts on other side of bracket to simulate captive nut design on original.

Not pretty per se, seems highly functional.

For the next person: Mounted with I believe M10, 1.25 thread pitch (25 mm) bolts
