L400 for sale in BC

Hi, I have an L400 for sale for parts. I'm on Denman Island but can bring it to somewhere more accessible like Nanaimo, etc.
I bought this Delica a couple of weeks ago from a guy on Gabriola Island, and didn't do my due diligence. Turns out it has fairly extensive frame corrosion. I paid $5000 for this van and extracted all my savings and credit to do so. I knew it wasn't in prime condition for that price but assumed I could invest in it and make it what I needed. I was wrong. Seller claims no responsibility. I need to sell this van as a whole, I don't have the skills to part it out in pieces. It has a nice intact front end (I only mention this as someone had been wanting to buy it to replace theirs after a collision but sadly the timing wasn't right and I missed that opportunity). It must have some other usable parts.

It's a gas engine and has manual locking hubs on the front wheels. Starts, drives, runs well, lots of things seem to work just great.

I have always liked these vehicles and had really hoped this would be an opportunity for me. I am really hoping someone out there can use it. Happy to answer any questions, send pics, etc.
