engine overheating problem ?

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

engine overheating problem ?

new to the forum.
looking into getting a Delica L300.
I know the these are known for overheating issues which can do damage to engine.
here is my question is there any way you can tell or test to see if the
engine has been ever overheated?
are there ay other issues I should be looking for?
