L300 Cool Box

Supp folks,

I'm mechanically declined but always curious and willing to ask questions. So this ones about my Cool Box in my '93 L300. When I have it on cool, it only blasts out the cool air intermittently. When it does, it's awesome. But it doesn't stay on long enough to have a lasting effect.

I know it runs off the AC and it seems to work fairly well keeping the inside of the van cool on hot days. So the question here is, do I need to recharge my AC?? Or is it a deal that it either works all together or not at all??
