Hello All,
I have a delica L400 that seems to run well until it gets up to temperature. Once warm the oil seeps from the exhaust. Also oil flows from what appears to be the rear main seal. No smoke to mention until it warms up and then only a small amount. I'm thinking turbo, as the motor appears in running well no knocking and no smoke at all until warm. Any thoughts where to start investigating
I thought I'd add to the post.
I have oil coming out the tailpipe, oil in the inter-cooler, oil coming out of the PCV hose and now oil leaking out the back of the motor somewhere ( maybe the rear main seal )? The engine runs smoothly and doesn't smoke until it reaches operating temperture, then there's a small amount of smoke and the oil pisses out the tail pipe. Any thoughts? Turbo seal? Piston rings?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Oil Leak
BE REALLY CAREFUL
I would stop driving it. You have all the makings of a run away engine where engine oil gets sucked into the motor through a blown seal and the motor runs off engine oil. once on engine oil you have no control over RPM, no governor, no way to stop it (standard trans maybe, but automatic need to run out of oil, stop air intake, or blow motor).
guesses: turbo seal or to much blow by (bad cylinder, cracked head, blown head gasket...few options).
google run away diesel on youtube.
good luck
