Hello, im new to this forum and this is the first time I have ever used a forum like this.
I bought a new 1989 Delica or vanwagon hear in the states bran new. It was gas powered.
I really liked it but needed to sell it a few years after i bought it. Wish I never did. Now
I am in the market for a van and I remembered about the best Van I ever owned, now its
time to find another. and have found out they are very hard to find in the states.
Also, I have become a diesel guy. So I look foward to finding one.Anyhelp will be appreciated.
meanwhile I will keep looking and reading up on Delicas.
Thanks
Hi from So Cal.

Welcome to Delica Canada, Leeroni
You'll find a Vanwagon section in the board index, which deals primarily with the American Mitsu Vanwagon. Also, there are a couple of threads going about Americans importing early gen3 Delica Starwagons, based on the 25 year import rule in the States that you may find interesting... smiles.

Welcome to the world of Delicas. I just brought one in from Canada to Seattle and so if you have any questions about importing, please let me know.

Re: Hi from So Cal.
I finally got my Delica, its a 1990 Super exceed !! And its awsome!!! so glad I waited to get the one I wanted.
I flew to Toronto, Canada and drove it back to L.A. with no trouble at all. It ran flawlessly.
