rim repair question

I bought my pajero with aftermarket rims (jaos) that have fake beadlock screws around the edge. These screws are mashed to pieces and I'd love to remove them. Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know where to source replacement screws? Am I going to search high and low for a socket head only to realize that they are glued in or something ridiculous like that?

You would have to find the original maker of the rims (very unlikely to be Jaos but they have had a hand in design process) they are a retailer with some of their own items generally made elsewhere (and overpriced).

I had the same problem as you when I got my Paj years ago.

I went to panther wheels (Felix's link above) and they matched up the bolt/nuts and replaced all of them on each rim.

You never want to go to the original manufacturer for this type of thing. If and that's a big 'if' they will even source such a small part item, it will cost you and arm and a leg.

Go aftermarket. There are many companies that use the same/similar style bolt/nut combo on the 2-pc alloy rims that they are aplenty.

How much did they charge you for replacing screws, dare i ask?
