Fuel pump fuse or relay

I have a 96 L400, gas engine, super exceed.
Issue: it won’t start. She turns over, starter works, it wants to start but is not getting fuel.
What I’ve tried: We took the fuel tank off, fuel pump works. Fed power straight to the fuel pump and she starts and runs no problem. Remove the alternate power from the pump and the fuel pump will not work.
Theory: it seems there’s no power getting to the fuel pump. Maybe a fuse or relay or broken wire.
Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump relay or fuse might be?
