Discovered a great radiator place in North Vancouver:

He included me in the repair process and explained everything as he went along. I was really impressed.
He did a complete job, including painting the tank and re-gluing the foam back down. Cost me $30 and took maybe twenty minutes.

I think I'm going to budget my A/C back into action next.
