Missing Grease Nipple - AGAIN

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Missing Grease Nipple - AGAIN

Post by BCDelica »

Howdy All,

I was crawling around under my new Delica and noticed that the grease nipple on the rear of the front axles drive shaft only has a bolt in place instead of a grease nipple. This was also the case with my wife's Delica's, and slap me silly because I didn't record the size of the nipple I installed on her drive shaft.

The UK forum has a diagram of grease points that's also available with the English manual. I recommend checking each of yours.

Just a quick response without seeing mine, have you thought about the "one-size-fits-all" style that doesn't have threads and you just wank them in? Short of that, obviously it'll be a standard metric thread.
Cheers

My tire shop threw one on no charge, they said it was a common metric size.
