Do I have a flatback or a superback TD04 turbocharger?

I'm looking to get a repair kit for my leaky turbo and I'm not sure which style I have.

We all have a TD04 turbocharger, but what model?
I know the following:
49177-01503 & 49177-01505 are a superback model
49177-01500 & 49177-01501 are a flatback model

I can find 49177 stamped on the turbo (front face facing the front of the engine), but can't find the rest as of yet. anybody know where the rest of the number is located?

On my Strada,the number is 49177-01500.So it's a flatback compressor wheel.
The number (49177) on the housing is casted and the rest of the number (01500) is engraved next on.
Clean it well and you will find it.

thanks, I found my number.

after further investigation, my turbo is not leaky. It's oil coming from the the crankcase breather tube (PCV tube) into the air intake (post filter, pre-turbo). It's coating all the tubing to the engine and of course burning it in combustion.

The fix is an oil catch can.

Most of the "leaky" turbos are this. It's still a problem because the oil is supposed to be on the back side of the turbo, not on the side that is compressing the air and sending it into the combustion chamber.
