Okanagan new year meet!
Hey guys,
I think we should do a coffee/lunch/ drive meet some point early in the new year in January. I'm just itching to try out my Safari on some of the great areas we have around here. So lets kinda come up with a consensus on a date/ location and make it happen!

I'm game. Is Kelowna central enough for most people on here? I'm in Penticton.

Only if you're ashamed of your surf, or if you want to be a JAFO and save the diesel, either way. But I think you should put your Summer doors on your surf and show them offpsilosin wrote:Or maybe riding shotgun with Fishtank.

Good to see some action on a meet. Maybe this year we could get more than 4 guys out @ one time. I'm up for Kelowna or Penticton or anywhere in between. Some one pick the time and place!!

Let's make it solid on being in Kelowna, seems to be the most central. Maybe even plan a drive to Myra canyon or somewhere local for some off road fun.

Myra sounds cool!Theres an offroad trail me and Almac have explored down the KVR from Myra service road to McCulloch lake or up June springs to I thing Belvue tressle which has a amazing view! a long portion of the KVR Trail to Belvue follows a lake view and is single track with cliff up on one side and a long way down on the other! It will be interesting with snow everywhere!

Re: Okanagan new year meet!
All this talk about the meet but no dates? In the new year, New years day? New years ever. Where? Kellowna.. Ok well where in Kelowna. Pick a date and it looks like it will happen for sure, but without a date and location you'll all just be talking about a meet and not actually meeting. :)
Merry Christmas!

Re: Okanagan new year meet!
Good point Lee, will you be coming up for the meet?
Lets shoot for the 1st, 7th or 8th. Everyone post up their preference since some of us may not be in good shape on the 1st.
I'm up for any of those dates so I will just go with the majority.
Dennis, since you're more local than me, can you suggest a meeting place for the meet? One that would be an easy jumping off point for a drive.
