No Island Deli-Meat?
From a quick glance at this particular area, it seems to me that Vancouver Island Deli people do not get together. Once Dalek Delica arrives, I'd like to meet other Delica owners...just because. Thoughts?

Re: No Island Deli-Meat?
You tell me...then we'll both know.
That's the point.
Maybe us Islanders should set summat up somewhere mid-Island where we could meet and compare notes, or do whatever it is that usually happens at these meets. Coombs would be a logical location, but it doesn't have to be. Besides, I don't get the keys to Dalek for another month at a minimum.

Have a look around. Maybe you'll see my Dalek, the black L400 Chamonix. I have another few weeks to wait.

Re: No Island Deli-Meat?
I reckon Campbell River or there abouts is a nice central location for something like this North / Central Island meet. Just an idea...

Re: No Island Deli-Meat?
I'll finally have my L400 by the end of September, (at least according to Graham at CCA...no hurry). After that, I'll be looking to meet others. Meanwhile, if you're driving around in your Deli in the Comox valley, and you get waved at by a couple of clowns in either a white Chev Astro or a silver Escort sedan, wave back...it's me!
