Search function
Is there any way of creating an "Advanced Search" feature? I'm trying to find an old thread I commented on the WVO section, but am finding it quite tricky. If there was a way of selecting "posts by you" - "WVO" - "Between date1 and date2" it would really help to filter through threads now that there are so many on this forum.

Re: Search function
Use Google instead, it really is the best way: on the right side of the results bar ("web, images, maps, etc...") is a button "Search Tools" - select that and enter a date range.
Or, start your Google search from here: http://www.google.ca/advanced_search

Re: Search function
Well we do have the Google search function, however does not the site search engine have advanced search features? I usually use the Google engine first but from time to time it's the site engine that turns up what I'm looking for, primarily because I can search a user's posts, &c., or dates. Another option is if you know who the poster is, then click on the poster's profile and then click on "search user's posts" which will turn up most or all of the user's posts, which are listed chronologically, then scroll to the date you're looking for.
