Saw you this afternoon as I was driving home from work. I think it was a SWB, I only got a quick look, though. You were headed West on Inkster, and I, east. White L400 1st Gen with a powder blue hood and, if memory serves, a roof rack?
You no doubt noticed me. I was the guy in the grey Corolla. Now that's a stand-out-from-the-crowd vehicle!!
I still get excited when I see a Delica in the wild. Things o' beauty they is!

Hey Jazzy Janz,
That's my SWB L400 you spotted. I had some serious dings in my hood, so I tried my hand at body work and painting, hence the powder blue hood. Some day I might get around to painting the whole thing. hahaha I was also on my way home from work. I am always on the lookout for other delicas or RHDs in general.

Well, if you ever see a dark blue LWB L400, that's us!!
I think I saw you last Spring on Inkster too, and yelled some kind of incoherent excitement out my window (again, of my Corolla). It was just before we were heading out to Mardy's to get ours, so I was still super excited to see one up close and personal. As for the paint/body work, from a distance it looks great!!

Cool, maybe in the new year we should try to get all of the Winnipeg Delis we can, at most its been about 4 RHDs. Hahaha
Thanks, it's definitely a 10fter paint job. I haven't done a final wet sand or polish after so I could probably get it looking even a little nicer. I was interested how it would last through the winter and its held up quite nicely.
