Bonjour great people from up there! As I had enjoy visiting your site for at least one year as an anonymous guest , I'll grateful to be a member now.
As you can see your language is a second for me, after French ... But I can pick up 90 % of non local or slang... I'm living on the cost of Europe, in France, nearby LA ROCHELLE (original one)
I' m driving a L300 P25W GLX 92 M/T called "SHOE BOX" and recently a DELICA EXCEED P35W A/T Crystal roof called "WATTOO".
Delica are rare in France (maybe 15 or less?) and difficult to register; Mitsubishi doesn't help us at all and the French authority just impossible on "papers". NOT TO MENTION THE SERVICES and parts for our vans: merely nobody knows them.
Hope to organize a Delica trip in Europe, where of course you will join us!
I'm doing some alterations and mechanics to my vans and I will post IMG sometime soon.
Best regs,
Joël

I can't drive my Delica much unfortunately, I have been sandwitched by silly laws. I am a Canadian living in the United States. The laws here governing my Delica only allow me to use it offroad. :(

Bienvenue a Delica Canada (DC), Joel
My French is tres limited, as I live on the west coast of Canada. There are members of DC that speak Quebecois which you may find helpful ~ but generally we are a hospitable group and will try to help best we can. Make yourself at home... smiles.

Re:
Yes, I can drive it in the US when it is registered and licensed in Canada. But I can't keep it licensed as I now live in the US for too much of the year. I got sandwiched between a number of Federal laws, so here it sits until February of 2019 when I can complete my paperwork.Glenn Delwood wrote:Mr. Flibble,
You cannot drive your Delica in the US EVEN IF it's registered in Canada?

Thanks for your welcome
Not easy to bring new experiences to CA deli members when you look so many happy and experimented deli lovers up there!
I 'm one slightly different and hope to help as much I can.
I thank you in return for all great and detailed 'know how' given by all members: it is "maple nectar" missing here in France as you may know.
MC&HNY to all of you.
