I am guessing Yahoo Japan is probably the best place to look but items come and go. They don't use google or eBay much in Japan for auctions, they use Yahoo. The Yahoo search function is a bit weird, you almost have to know what exact words to use. Google translate helps, just copy/paste the Japanese script into the Yahoo search field and off you go.
You can search for aoshima 1/24 using this link:

Right now only a Pajero pops up in the list:

In a couple of weeks or a month you will get different results.
Once you have an auction number (for the Pajero example above it would be g125880548) you could go to http://jauce.com to ask them to order it on your behalf then ship it to you. You have to create an account and upload money, they use the money to pay for the auction, receive the item at their warehouse, then ship it to you.
