I have some pics of the process, but basically you remove the door panel. Once that's done you'll see the rubber pass through for your wires from the door to the kick panel. I recommend electronic gauges as getting anything mechanical through the pass through is going to be difficult to say the least.

I've been helping a couple people who've ordered one through the process as best I can. If you order one and need help I'm happy to do what I can.
