Rear swing out tire carrier.
Hello all,
Here it is!!!!! All mounted up!!!
The basic cost for the bumper is $1500...this includes two swing outs with tire carrier and basic flat platform for fuel cans. Hitch would be $150 more and lockable fuel can carrier with hinges, latches, locks and keys is $150. The high lift jack option comes with mounts and removable jacking points for the jack. The prices all include satin black bulletproof endura paint, double locking latches and T-pins, color matching is available but at additional cost.
We are taking orders. We will be taking 5 orders every three weeks.
Anyone interested can PM or email me.

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
We will try to have it mounted today and we will have weight numbers up this afternoon.
I can tell you right now though, it's not as heavy as you would expect :) yet super strong.

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
Okay, now for the 64000$ question: how much would it cost (estimated)?
Looks like you made it for yourself, but if you were to take orders...

Hi J. paul,
Actually, this is a prototype and we are taking orders. We will be taking 5 orders every two weeks and the first 3 are already spoken for, so there are two more available for the first 5.
Anyone interested can PM or email me.

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
Hey,
I had a in person lookey-loo at this double Jesse undertaking.
The bumper is pretty darn fantastic and bombproof.
The material and labour skill are both stunning and superb.
The sweet black epoxy paint on it is sensuous yet utilitarian.
The supports are intricate yet skookum
This unit is tactical yet practical.
uhh I really like it alot.
Right ON Gentlemen!
Very nice work

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
Holy that is a sweet set up... incredible work. I love the detailing that matches the flow of the rear lower panels (or is that how it just looks in the pic?) And even grease nipples on the swing out arms, very well done. I am impressed.

Hi Josh,
The bumper does match the lines on the bottom of the Delica. Thanks for the kudo's :)

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
looks friggin awesome!! unfortunately I don't have the $$ for it. However, anyone buying one of these amazing bumpers who already has a hitch and wants to sell their existing hitch to offset the cost of the fancy new bumper/ hitch combo...I'm your man.
Hit me up!!

James

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
Looks pretty slick alright - skookum and well crafted - I'm still hoping you'll come up with a front mount for the spare though, as those rear swing-outs would conflict with our work trailer...
Happy Day!
Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
Ditto for the front spare mount, I'm definitely in if you make one!

Re: Rear swing out tire carrier.
We checked it out the other day at Jesse's place. This rear swing out carrier is really amazing! Custom fabrication at its best. This bumper will last longer then your Deli for sure. Nice job guys.
