i keep having to replace my fuse cause it keeps blowing it when i put on my lights on and then my horn does not work and when the lights are on there is a steady buzzing sound like a steady back up sound when you put the van in reverse

i was thinking of selling it for 3000 just cause there are no papers i am going though the process of being the new owner of it but that is all i think i can do with it

so is the number under that plate the vin and do i just go to the police and ask if it stolen

thank you for all your reply's there is nothing on the door jam but there is a plate under the seat i can see but says nothing about vin i will not post the numbers the police were out they did look at it and told me it was not stolen
