well Diver, looks like crank pulley is kaput! checked it this morning and noticed the 2 belts to the alty weren't square and that the fan blade's actually rubbing. safe to assume then that the light rattling was the pulley (bearing??) starting to delaminate and progressively got looser and looser an...

the injectors were inspected, cleaned, and ballanced but Giles told me that they will eventually need replacing. they're at about 75% efficiency but he suggested that we try it out first and see how the mileage is before jumping into a more expensive job of replacing all 6 (an easier job we can do d...

correct on that one. and still assuming the rest of that ice was strong enough! just imagine, it's halfway out, and ccccccrack...splash! doh. but there's certainly a depth that this wont work with and you're waiting till spring to swim under and attaching a tow rope. lol.

jeeeze, it just dawned on my that i WAS one of those lucky (well sorta unlucky ones) one's when my motorcycle tboned a minivan in a freak accident. broke everything (neck to foot), but i'm here today breathing, in one piece, many scars, and blessings in my life. man, life's short and so precious!

that is an awesome vid! now that' assuming the truck was in at just the right depth and you could try and wedge the logs under it!

man, I'm thinkin a home made version of that long lever winch! made of metal that you can spike into the ground and just strap a log onto.

nice. for the price, can't go wrong. I've always loved autohome's stuff but just can't pull the trigger on that price. lucky you for the find on the used market!
