Have been steadlily supplying these compliant lenses over the past year ... and still have lots more in stock!
You could definetely fit in a strip of LEDs ... there is room in there as these are not small light buckets. Nice idea.

Both Zen Autoworks (Calgary) and Rocky Mountain Imports (Vancouver Island) have these glass L400 lenses in stock.

Yes, these lenses change the direction of the beam so as to not blind oncoming traffic on Canadian roads.
