I have arrived.
I once was only the owner of a 1990 Corolla (5-speed manual of course). I now drive both that AND an '06 L400 (v6, Active Field edition).

Rising Sun Auto (https://www.facebook.com/Risingsunautoimport/) claims to have them for post-97 facelift, perhaps they have pre-97 as well. I just had a Delica in there for an inspection and they noted that it has the RHD headlights (obviously), and that they had the headlight assembly for LHD ($680...
