Re: electrical short, left headlights, horn, dash lights
Does your van happen to have trailer lights - could be the adapter is screwing up. Also could mean your alternator is dying. Both have happened to me causing the same type of gremlins. FS I checked both the alternator and the trailer light hook up and haven't found any issues. I am now pulling the ...

electrical short, left headlights, horn, dash lights
I have been trying to track what is shorting out my left headlights and tail lights. If there is a direct correlation I am not sure but my dash lights are out as well as horn. The horn and Stop light fuses blow each time I replace them. I have replaced the combination switch with a used one with no ...

Re: I am looking for power window switches.
If you are having problems with the window switch I would try to remove and the switch take it apart and clean all of the terminals and connections in the switch. It is not a simple switch however but if you use a contact cleaner and perhaps a bit of sand paper you might have success. I have had the...

Re: Re-charge A/C
I wouldn't say that 92 and newer have the 134a coolants but I can say that I have a 1991 Delica that had already been converted from the R-12 to 134a when it came over from Japan. I have checked with a shop in Victoria and they said that they would do a recharge of the system for $200 to $250. I liv...

Re: Re-charge A/C
I am not very good with Japanese but under the 'hood' on my 91 Deli I have a sticker, that is in Japanese of course, and it has the number 134a on it. It is a bit of an assumption but it makes sense to me that it would have already been converted before it came to Canada. Most car shops would not be...

Mitsu Intergrated Car Navigation system
I have a P35 Super Exceed with Mitsubishi Navigation system a CU D10 Nav system. IT has a CD base with an on board movable screen. I think it is unlikely that I can make use of the nav system but I would like to make use of the screen and or sound system. There is a jack for a remote but I don't hav...

P35 fuel filter sensor nut
Hi Sorry this is my first post. I am wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for the best tool or solution to removing the plastic sensor nut unit from the fuel filter with out doing any damage to it. I have completed most of my maintenance but thought I would check before I broke it lol. Thanks H...
