Want to learn more about my Delica.

Hi all, I'm pretty sure most of you guys have tons of knowledge how to repair and maintain a car. I bought my first car ever (a Delica) a few month ago and even if I'm not at all all thumbs, I just know a few basics about my Delica. I'm really interested to learn more how to do basic repairs and mai...

Metal fuel can?

Hi, I'm looking for this kind of metal fuel cans. If I carry extra fuel on my Delica I don't want this ugly looking red plastic cans on my roof rack. Do you know where I can get one of this? Also a general question, because I'm new in Vancouver: Where do you buy high quality car accessories and afte...

Re: Cutting a spare key

Had the same problems. Canadian tire and Home Depot couldn't cut a key for my Delica. Went then to Locksmith on Broadway and he cut a couple of good working spare keys for a few bucks within a minute. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=de&client=safari&rls=de-de&lr=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&...

Re: Different Idea On Ladder

Perfect solution!
Removed my ladder a few days ago. It was just too annoying that the rear door always was coming down. Specially when the weather hits certain degrees Celsius.

Re: Carbon Tax-Free Biodiesel Coming to a Corner Near You!

I'll move close to this station, but I haven't used biodiesel at all. I want to use it, but is there anything I need to be aware of? Or can I use it like normal diesel?

Re: Engine leaking

I checked it again and it seems to me it is oil coming out of this injector. I was thinking about to get the CVI tune in a couple thousand km, cos I need to change the oil & fluids anyway. So doing everything (oil change, tune and fixing this problem) together would be my plan. Do you think it i...

Engine leaking

I don't understand that much about cars (but I love already my Delica) either I don't know how all this part called in English, but can anyone tell me if this fresh leak of oil will cause any problems soon. Should I let it repair in a garage?

Thanks for your help.

Re: replacing curtains

Hi, try to find the right curtain hooks, but without any success. Does anyone know where I can buy a set of hooks in Vancouver to make my own curtains?

Also the idea with magnets sounds good, but where can I get such strong magnets?

Thanks
