Re: Looks like my L400 days are over (sniff sniff)
Just wondering if you are going to completely strip this down and part it out? and do you ship? Just curious Thanx for your interest. I am waiting for a friend to come and assess repairing the rear suspension. I would dearly love to get my Deli back on the road. I've been told by others it's not po...

Re: Looks like my L400 days are over (sniff sniff)
Email sent.
As you seem to be in the UK, it would be helpful if you state what side of the road your Delica will drive on. The right side as in North America or the left side as in the UK, Japan etc.
This will determine which headlights you need (without confusion).

Re: Looks like my L400 days are over (sniff sniff)
Hi Mojo; It's in south central BC. I cant imagine how those items would be shipped to Ontario, or what it would cost. I'm not in a particular rush to make it undriveable (for short distances). I will start with removing parts like the E&H hitch, roof rack, new and almost new tires. I have 2 sets...

Looks like my L400 days are over (sniff sniff)
Hi folks; My '94 Series 1 LWB L400 is done, due to the usual rusting of the rear suspension mounts. Too bad because it only has 166k kms on it and the 4M40 engine and auto transmission run great. If I was younger and had a shop I could put it in, I'd part it out. I have stuff I could take off of it,...

Re: Buying and L400 - Need your impressions
Good response by lrp374. If I wasn't so lazy, I would have responded similarly.
Is the van right or left hand drive?
I was under the impression that right hand drive vehicles aren't allowed in Quebec (?)

Re: Electric brake controller
Not an expert, and haven't installed my controller yet, but doesn't it just tie into the brake light?
I know there are different kinds of controllers...

I recently replaced the exhaust system on my LWB 4M40 diesel. I got both parts from https://rockymountainimports.net/

Re: Power window fix
I couldn't get on this site to post an update for a while, but here's where I am now; After the casting had cured, I put it all together and assembled the door. YSW7vVfBTWSRzV94VkL4xw_thumb_732c.jpg At each stage I tested the window and it worked fine until I finished the door trim. Then it failed. ...

Re: Power window fix
Returned from Vancouver last night with some casting urethane. Same brand as deskinthewoods used here: ReCasting Bushings with Polyurethane but a different product. I had no idea Crappy Tire carried the product. Today I cut out the old rubber with various blades and surprisingly didn't cut myself; e...

Re: Power window fix
Hi Folks; After a hot summer without the capability to operate the driver's window, I needed a fix. Maybe I'll fix the AC one day... I have the exact same problem as the OP but wanted to find another solution that retains the cushioning effect (in case it's important). I have tried to get a used mot...
