It’s growing it seems.
I’m hoping to ship one over here sometime this year as well.
I’ve sent a message requesting it appear on the index.

Re: Any other D5 coming to Canada?
After 10 years I am back on the forum again. My short lived l400 experience is behind me and I’m at a point in my life where I am considering it again. But this time a D5 for sure. In talks with Pacific Coast Auto, hope to pull the trigger sometime this year. My question is this. Should there not be...

Re: Inline Coolant heater.
I can post a pic here in a bit big bird. I tried getting my van running first time this winter. Plugged it in for an hour although half hour would have been fine and it worked amazing. Started better than many times this summer. Then my father in law plugged it in to move the van and i guess it blew...

Re: Inline Coolant heater.
There is one on my l400. Previous owner stated that it works incredibly well (since i havnt had my cold start issue solved i havnt driven it yet in this weather because it wont even come close to starting, so no personal experience) The nice part is the vents blowing warm air alot sooner inside the ...

Still having cold start problems..??
Hi again everyone 94 l400 2.8 super exceed 157K, IP seal replaced, checked glow plugs and they are ok, checked wiring for voltage to glow plugs and that checked out ok, had injectors done less than 5000K ago. Wondering what else could possibly cause cold start symptoms. Turns over good, starts good ...

Re: Loss of Power with knocking/clatter
Thanks for the lead big bird, I was thinking of just making my own plates but I did that on my lj78 Iandcruiser I used to have and it was kind of sloppy. Now all that's left is glow plugs/ manual switch repairs.

Re: Loss of Power with knocking/clatter
Thanks you guys for your insight, I blocked the EGR vac tube and it's running better than ever, very noticeable power increase. I'm surprised how much of a difference it made. I think I'd be a very lost delica owner without this website. But the abundance of information available for this vehicle is...

Re: Cold Start in the summer???
With the price that I can get it for its probably my best shot at owning a delica and probably worth it even if I have to get the IP rebuilt or whatever else it needs. I really appreciate the input you guys gave me, thanks alot.

Re: Cold Start in the summer???
So I went and talked to the mechanic and took it for a test drive, it has had its head replaced and a manual glow plug switch installed as well as a circulating heater, with that plugged in for about 7 minutes he started it up (with glow plugs on) and it smoked black for a while with a rough idle an...
