BINGO ! the win goes to Paule and Butch (heard of him haven't met him yet)...............a stock Deli battery has some sort of monitoring system that lights this light up when the battery level needs to be checked......I dont know why mine came on after 3 months of owning the van but as of yesterday...

I got it figured out with the help of Shogo and crew at Japanoid.........the light was a maintenance reminder to check the acid/water level in the battery cells...
