So I'm going to be replacing the head, cam, rockers, and valves. Anything else I should be looking into while its all apart to make sure this won't happen again?

After looking at things a little closer it looks like the cam had siezed into the cam bearing caps. This is what caused the failure. Looking like a new head is in my future.
