sorry they sold pretty quick at that price, and I forgot to update. Try the apple auto glass in kamloops. If the don't see the windshield part # right away ask them for a FW563 its in stock in nanaimo and vancouver

It was the the foam underneath or lack of, somebody had already had the problem and tried adhesive to hold it apart. So plastic seems to work for now. I'll have to start thinking about a new steering wheel.

thanks for the response, I missed it in the topics before and thought it was something strange happening. so great having this help. Also stops me from having the talk with the garden gnomes cause there's a lot of them.

So I think I am going a little crazy but, three times in the last two weeks the horn on the van goes on by itself and stay on for 5 to 10 seconds. Its never done it before in almost 2 years. Have to add too that the island is a great place for the kids the campground is close to the beach. try to get in a play ulti on Sunday at the school. You'll make friends quick with them. the best part about the island is Hague lake, amazing spot only you have to decide to swim where the tourist go ...

Long story short I work in a glass shop, and bought 2 windshields when we got our van, year and a bit and I still have them, and not a single chip in ours yet so $225 each if anyone is interested let me know I am in Duncan

The Part # is an FW563 for the state side Vanwagon, same windshield we've had no problems getting them in to our shop, so you local glass shop should be able to get it, best part is then being in the kootenays you would have to pay shipping and you can use your comprehensive to cover it and you most...

yes this is why I love this site. I was thinking it a little much to have to use the trottle in the morning(choke/trottle sorry i messed that one up last night). I tried it this morning and yes you had to use the trottle to get it going otherwise nothing just cranking haven't tested the plugs or bar...
