lights are back on! After all that, it was the horn fuse, funny I thought I checked that one. Now I just have the wiper electrical problem to solve. So I found a brand new switch (wiper/lights) and installed it. But it did not fix my electrical problem, still no dash lights and wiper fuse still blowing. its a nice switch though, coast me $220 and its a left hand type.

Good point. do you know where the dash light fuse could be? I checked the fuse box and no blown fuses, I will pull the stereo out and take a good look. Thanks.

Thanks for the tips. I tried my fog light and they are not coming on, so I am thinking its the switch .

The other day I tried to get the tape/radio player working in my van, I found a 5 amp blown fuse, so i replaced it and it started working. but when I was driving the next day and tuned my head lights on, there were no night time dash lights coming on. looked for a blown fuse, cant find one, the norm...

Its not coolant dripping, its diesel, Guess I had some coolant on the ground for some reason and assumed without smelling what was dripping at the time. so I guess I need a new seal.

I notest a green puddle this morning after idling for 5 min letting the engine worm. I think I found where the leek is coming from. I tracked down a picture that shows this part and where the leek is coming from. dose anybody know the name of this part that circled in the picture?

The combo switch is beside the stirring wheel right? if so I disconnected the contacts in the switch. and still with the fuse shorts.

I still cant find the short, I tried puling the plug on both wiper motors, as well I took apart the switch to see if it was there, no luck. So Im running a wire direct to the wiper motor from the battery (with a 15a fuse and switch) works for now. Any good ideas out there? Thanks

Thanks for the help, I will check to see if I can access the wires through the glove box, and pull the plug on the motor.
My friend will be coming by tomorrow with an ohm meter, we will tinker around. Thanks again

Woke up one morning and the wipers would not work. I checked the 15 amp fuse and it was blown, tried a new one, and it died to. So I then tried another fuse, turned the key one click to accessory position and then back off, checked the fuse and it was blown out before I even turned the wipers on. an...
