Garage Door 1 : Roof Spoiler 0
I had a little run in with a parking garage door yesterday, and lost. The door came down as I was passing through, and my rear spoiler was more or less obliterated. My rig is a 94 swb with the spoiler with the integrated 3rd brake light, and after doing some research I have found only one example fo...

Re: Rear Axle Leaking - 2.8l SWB
Feds you may be a life saver. If you are willing to part with your rear end, I am more than interested. Seems you are only about an hour away from me as well. This is my daily driver so I would like to have her back up and running sooner than later. I'm going to grab some jack stands and get this on...

Re: Rear Axle Leaking - 2.8l SWB
Thank you for the reply. The crack had been welded initially but not very well. I had a hard time finding anyone who would even attempt it, and at that point its was only a hairline. The jb weld came on after the weld started to seep oil. Everything escalated very quickly once the weld started to gi...

Re: Rear Axle Leaking - 2.8l SWB
Hello everyone. I need some help. What was once just a leaking axle housing, has now become a cracked axle housing. Does this look weldable, or am I going to have to source a replacement housing. If so, anyone have any ideas where. I'm unsure of what montero stuff might fit. My truck is a 94 2800 wi...

Re: Southern Ontario summer cruise?
Hello everyone. I got a tip on a good spot from one of my customers today. It's near Steeles and Tompkens in Brampton, along the Etobicoke Creek. I was looking at it on GoogleMaps and it looks quite promising. If go on googlemaps and search Westcreek Blvd, Brampton, zoom in a bit and follow along th...

Re: Southern Ontario summer cruise?
I have never heard of it, but I have zero experience with trail riding. I've been out once the first day I got the truck on the mountain in Hamilton at Mount Albion Conservation. And although there was existing tire trucks around, I don't know how legitimate it was for us to be there. As for my sche...

Re: Southern Ontario summer cruise?
This will be my first time hitting any sort of trail. If anyone can recommend somewhere they are familiar with, that would be helpful. We don't want to be going in blind. If not everyone post there locations and we will find somewhere central to everyone and just do a little meet and cruise.

Well said, I'm down for that at the very least.
I as well, am not the best organizer. But everyone who is interested let me know, and I will try to coordinate something.

Re: Southern Ontario summer cruise?
Hello Everyone, This seems to be a little bit of a dead thread, but if anyone is still interested, we should set up a meet somewhere before the weather turns unfriendly. I've put some mudders on the ol' Paj that are still looking too clean. Being that none of my friends are into wheeling, it would b...

Re: Bleeding injectors properly
So my starting problem came back again. I bled the injectors a few times, but after a day or so, the issue would come back. I then noticed that the fuel filter water sensor was dripping fuel from the nipple. For a quick fix until I can source a new one, I threaded a screw into the nipple. And proble...

Re: Bleeding injectors properly
This being my first diesel, I have a few more questions. 1. Is it done one injector at a time, in which case is there a better one to start with. 2. Do I do something to prevent the truck from starting. 3. What exactly do you mean by union. Is that the upper bolt or the lower. Sorry if these are dum...

Bleeding injectors properly
Hello all again. Can someone please tell me the correct way to bleed the injectors on the 2.8 Paj, I believe I still have some air in the system. I did a fuel filter change and when I started pumping the primer on the fuel filter housing to bleed the air out It started leaking and pushing more air b...

Re: Where can I find new belts?? Please
I tightened them up some more, and I think they should be fine. It just seems impossible to find these belts in pairs.
Thanks for the help. Next stop fuel filter.
