Re: Hyundai Starex!
Sure that the market for Starex will be smaller than for Delica but if you have nice, clean well equipped and affordable units that should be very profitable...I'd probably be one of the first buyers. I've search many place to find LHD conversion kit for Delica,Starwagon or Spacegear,or a clean Delic...

Re: Hyundai Starex!
I wish there was some importers who can offer these Hyundai Starex with LHD steering. Starex are almost twin of SpaceGear but without the 4M40 engine and the V6.They have diesel and gasoline engine,2.4 gas,2.5 turbo-diesel and in some country with a 2.6 diesel n/a. And they have 4WD but harder to fi...

Re: Fan clutch refill
Sure that if your fan clutch is leaking,it's better to change the seal. But over time, silicone oil is like any other oil,the viscosity change a bit and it accumulates impurities. So it's a good idea to refresh the stuff. For the sound, yes the fan is roaring a bit more up to 80-100km/h,depending how mu...

Fan clutch refill
The fan clutch work less and less efficiently over time and can be the causes a lot of overheating problems that sometime result in head gaskets and major engine repairs. A common cause of a bad fan clutch is the silicon oil leaking out of them. There is one things you can do - add oil.Use only sili...

Re: IP fuel lift pump
Ok,I've passed winter with the lift pump to compensate for wear of the rotor head of the injection pump and i could say that a lift pump make no difference. The best way to resolve many of the smoking,chugging,bumping,etc... is to rebuild the IP with new seals and rotor head. I don't know why it is n...

Re: Mitsu Delica vs Toyota Townace vs Toyota Hiace vs VW Syn
I don't have a Delica but my Strada share mostly the same powertrain as the L300 and it is a way more reliable than any Volkswagen and Toyota that my father has owned.First a Volkswagen Transporter(doka)2WD.Really practical truck but always broken and it was very expensive to repair. But we liked it ...
