I dug this up for some of the guys who have been asking me to post the template.

There enough Delica's out there with fender flares that can use a good extension.

I can't fabricate these, however below is all the information/diagrams you need to take to a machine shop and have them churn one/many out.

Or someone who fabricates or knows a fabricator can use these templates to make on.

If you are going to put an extended hinge on for your fender flares, please take a few extra min and pull out the knuckle section that has the bearings on the inside of the track, they bend easily with a longer hinge and also we don't know alot of the 15 years previous to our babies coming into our lives, if someone put weight on the sliding door when it was open, the fingers that go in the track bend out and can fall off the track, this is very hard on the upper hinge and usually damages alot of the paint below the track above the rear wheel.
so if your going to the trouble of doing the extenda hinge, taking off the door panels, cutting the sliding door for the longer hinge, make sure its going to last and give it a good once over and even greese the bearings that go on the fingers,

these are some picts of ones I brought over a few months ago, clearly not for the Huge fender flares, but they worked great for the medium ones.
The top one is an extenda hinge that I bought in Japan, and the one below was what I milled up,

I was looking at building a few of these; is anybody interested? I have a shop and can build them to any dimension.

I am thinking between $150 - $200; just getting pricing on the Aluminum.

The 'Main Hinge' blueprint is different than the picture; I am trying to find out which is for the 300 and which is for the 400.

If they are for the L300 ( which I think the drawing shows) and $200 or less I'll take a set.

These are the 2 drawings I have, I have no way of confirming if they are what you need. If it looks like what you need, I'll make a set.

The drawings don't match the picture that I have.

It looks to me that one drawing is missing. The angle piece @ the right end doesn't look like it's part of the 2 drawings. It looks like it fits on the Main Hinge. I thought there were more drawings of these somewhere on the site. I'd make sure before you start to fabricate.

I've looked @ the entire forum and I can't find any better info. Maybe if Jessie visits the forum in the future he could see if he still has the info.
