Hello,
The cute little old man that owned my '92 L300 before me had a big white fluffy pyrenees dog. It was old and slobbered a lot. Now my van smells like a wet dog all the time. I've unloaded a bottle of carpet shampoo in there which helped but hey, me and my sweet lady friend are gonna be sleeping in this thing, dig? Its pretty potent in there (the smell). Is there a good place to take her (the L300) for a shampoo? Any tricks of the trade that could save me a couple of hundred bucks?
Ride on,
D-belly
...they named it the star-wagon. I mean, how could I not buy one?

Phone CVI (604-247 0500) and see if they can help you.

Go to a pet store and buy carpet cleaner there. The cleaners at pet stores are design specifilly for that purpose.

Pull the carpet out and then use the pet carpet cleaner and a stiff brush to clean it on clean cement. Use a hose to spray it out. Clean both sides. Hang it up in the sun to dry. Good luck finding the sun.

Go to CVI Automotive in Richmond, 604-247-0500. I just had the TardisDeli toally detailed, inside and out due to the muck from off-roading.
Chris at CVI shampooed the ground in mud from the carpet, the road dust embedded in the headliner (wow I thought my roof was brown, but it's acutally a pale grey becuz the brown was the colour of the Duffy Lake Road). He also buffed All the lines and scratches on the outside paint came off (never ever follow Delicat down the goat tracks he thinks area raods if you don't want scratches in you paint).
Oh, the engine got shampooed also, now I can see if I have any fluid leaks.
I'm so pleased, it's so shiny and clean. Cheers, Christine.

Tardisdeli was looking so bright and shiny Friday at CVI. It looked brand new!
Chris also was doing body work and spray painting at CVI. Hmm... Interesting side lines... Must talk with Butch!
