On consignment at Five Star Auto (located in Parksville, BC), here the rundown:

• 240000km and it still runs like a top
  imported, overhauled and complied by CCAutos & Five Star Auto (in Parksville, BC)
  still have initial "E-package" check-off sheet filled out by Glen and the gang
  alternator replaced, looked like it was original, so not bad for 17 years (and the bolt was replaced once when it wiggled loose)
  'leaky window syndrome' fixed once discoverd (2.5 years ago), haven't leaked since (and we live in Victoria)
  front brakes upgraded to L400 setup (dual piston, larger discs, larger pads)
  new tires this summer, less than 5000 kms since new
  auto hubs changed over to manual (better, more rugged, stay locked when rocking/rolling out of a stuck spot)
  super-fast 5-spoke rims (they are sweet!)
  it does have LSD
  K&N cone air filter
  E&H Hitch added in 2008
  electric brake assist (not necessary, but nice to have)
  vurv-box centre console
  most interior lamps changed over to LEDs
  front arm rests are the Mexican special (wood trim, but should be re-varnished)
  faux-wood trim on the dash
  wood steering wheel
  North American stereo with iPod/iPhone compatability
  Crystal Lite roof (3.5 functional blinds)
  all curtains, including the coveted front curtain

I can't think of anything else that I've done to this, other than lovingly maintain it for the 2.5 years we've had it. We have a truck now (for our towing/hauling/carrying/lugging about needs), so we'd like to sell the Delica and get into a 2-door Pajero (2.8 litre, possibly 1995). We are considering importing our own, but the van must sell first.

Hey someone is going to get a sweet Delica when they buy this one and you know its been well looked after. I had to smile when I read your choice of new vehicle and I know you won't regret it . Thought we had you with the test drive at CC autos open house . Delica ca and all those that contribute regularly with all sorts of info helped me in choosing wich model to purchase last may, thanks. oh yeah J Paul even pronounces it properly.
