Tag Anyone?

Sittin here a thinkin, and since Delica sightings are getting quite regular, I thought it might be fun to do a fun version of tag between the owners.
Here is my game; Each owner has a set of Delica-tag cards that you can print off your computer. Your cards will have your user name on them, and when you see another Delica, tag it with your card (under the wiper or somewhere else visible). When you are tagged, log into the site and record who tagged you and they will get a point. It is all in fun and could introduce alot of owners to each other in a different way. It could also bring some owners to the site that don't know about our great group and increase our numbers.
Now before those of us far away from the masses gets too excited, there will be a graduated points system where if you live in Smithers or Calgary, you get major points for your 'tag'. That, and you couldn't tag the same Delica more than twice in two weeks, or something like that.
The idea just popped into my head one day and I am open to suggestions as how to run it. What do you guys think? I think it would be alot of fun, but then again, maybe I am spending alot of time with my kids lately?
