Hey,

so after about 40 min of driving my inside/outside temp displays flicker a few times and then turn off. It happens consistantly after driving for about 40 min. after parking for a while (haven't gotten too methodical with times here yet) it is back. this started happening a few weeks ago. I really like that feature and I find it annoying not always knowing exactly how warm or cold it is ;)

any thoughts on why?

funny, I have the same problem. but mine does'nt really turn on anymore!!! perhap a cleaning of the inside wire connector is in order???

Hmm that sounds like a good plan. As the heater warms things up, it "unplugs".

To get at it, pull gently on the trim piece at the bottom front of the pod (facing the rear of the vehicle). That will expose 2 screws. Unscrew them and the pod will lift up, exposing the connector. Unplug and plug it a dozen times, see if that fixes it. Doesn't take long and is easy to do. Keeping figners crossed for you.
