HELP!! Wiring diagram for heated fuel filter Pleas

Post by bob blake »

Hi all from across the pond.

I am looking for the wiring diagram for the heated fuel filter.
The one on my 1996 2.8 pajero is the same type as a delica.

Mitsubishi in the UK don't have any information on them as they are a import and wont touch them.

I have found out heater comes on at -4 c
but i wish to bring it on at +10 c to help with starting on WVO before the coolant heater warms up & takes over.

Can any one help pleas

We don't have any Pajeros that new (yet). Mind you, one of the older models might have this same device. What do you think jfarsang?

Hi Bob,

Are you talking about the stock Delica fuel filter or an aftermarket one to run on WVO? And if aftermarket, which one is it?

For wiring diagrams of the stock Delica you can visit the Delica wiki:

Good luck!

It is a stock one from Mitsubishi.

Looked up the link you gave me thanks, some help
The ones for the L 300 have 2 wires water sensor, 2 wires heater.
mine has + 2 wires extra (2+2+2 ) which i assuming is the heat sensor.
This is the one i want to re range (-4 c) to +10 c

Probably for a newer L300 or an option we arent used to as that isnt really common around here.
