CVI auto Richmond info in wiki incorrect

I tried to change it but I don't have the rights.
the phone number is 246-0500 and should be 247-0500.

I just updated it.
Anyone should be able to register (top right on the wiki) for an account, which would then allow them to edit anything. I've turned off completely anonymous editing, so we don't get spammed.

I wouldn't have to call CVI if my mechanic would "DO HIS JOB". All that girl talk at the office has really put a downer on his ability to fix my vehicles for free.
